It’s an iOS and Android  camera app like Instagram or Snapchat but very different. You load a "scene" or location from your camera roll or MediaBook.tv and shoot or livestream a subject inside our blue screen Pop-up Studio and your subject appears in that location in broadcast quality, empowering everyone to shoot "on location" from home or office. The Be Anywhere app performs real-time Chroma key background replacement while recording or live-streaming. You can take regular snapshots or videos and it works independently of our Pop-up Studios, but the app is optimized for use with our 10x better studios that solve the physics problem in light that every content creator faces. When the app is paired with one of our Pop-up Studios users obtain broadcast quality background replacement. To livestream, simply connect to connect to your home Wi-Fi to “go-live" and live-stream your video. The controller box also acts as a router and has 10 stereo inputs for wireless mics and instruments. The app has a 10-channel mixer on the camera display screen.

The panel lights are adjustable with directional capability toward the subject with full 180 degree control (up and down to the floor). Lighting upgrade kits may be available at a later date for higher wattage needed for rooms with ambient light that cannot be eliminated. The panel lights and tube lights are individually controlled by the Be Anywhere camera app (and the user) using a proprietary communication system via Wi-Fi with our controller box that sits on the floor next to the Pop-up Studio.

Using the BeAnywhere app, users can shoot live chroma key background replacement with great lighting our line of Pop-up Studios. Those users need location shots we built a store for B-roll curated as green-screen backgrounds, an aggregate of stock footage companies for use as backgrounds and b-roll in the BeAnywhere camera app. Each user go to Mediabook.tv and can purchase video clips of the locations they want to use, and they will be accessible from your camera roll

The iOS and Android version of the Be Anywhere app will be published once we begin shipping studios.

Different colored skins are available on our store and are zippered in and out. Pop-up Studios come in blue but you can order different colors from your distributor. Changing skins requires two people and is an option that is quite valuable for photographers. Instructions will be given to you as an explainer video on our website.

Yes – you can choose any asset from your camera roll as your background.

Absolutely! Just hit the "go live" button on the camera display screen and the Be Anywhere app uses Streamlabs to Go Live to your social media followers, your FAST Channel, or IPTV.  It's also a normal video recorder. 

Be Anywhere will have features to broadcast game play like Beat Saber without stacking platforms in phase two of our development.

We are shipping 110/AC only. Users in different countries are responsible for their own adapters.

We will be integrating with Zoom and using the MediaBook app will be super simple and intuitive.

The panel lights are LED 30w and don’t burn out. They should last for the life of the studio. If they fail for any reason within the manufacturer’s warranty period 1 year from delivery date, we will replace them. You can find replacement LED Panel lights in the MediaBook shop once we start shipping.

The larger inflatable Be Anywhere Pro is 12′ Wide x 10′ High x 5′ Deep with stereo pro audio, including Cannon jacks, 1/4″ and micro inputs with two stereo headphone outputs. (3.658m Wide x 3.05m High x 1.524m Deep)

The inflatable Be Anywhere Base is 9′ Wide x 7′-4″ High x 5′ Deep – can fit in any standard room with 8′ ceilings with a 6″ drop-down ceiling lamp. ( 2.73m Wide x 2.235m High x 1.524m Deep)

Apple iPhones create .mov files but you can convert them to mp4 using Quicktime or other converter.

The Be Anywhere Pro much is larger and both include two high-quality wireless lapel mics. Please look here for specifications: dropkey.com/shop. If you want to use your own instruments and require additional inputs, we give you 10 inputs of audio in the controller box. You can connect to your phone directly to our box through Wi-Fi. Please watch the tutorial video to see how it’s done. The differences between the Be Anywhere Base and Be Anywhere Pro are explained in detail in these FAQ's. Both studios work the same with the Be Anywhere App.

Dimensions of the Classic storage bag stored will be around 36”L x 32”W x 16” H

The weight of the Be Anywhere Base and Be Anywhere Pro stored in the regular storage bag is about 61 lbs. The Professional is about 65 lbs. We are trying to reduce the weight for reduced shipping costs. These are estimates as we are trying to reduce materials and weight and do not have final weights for two parcels that go out with each studio

The floor is the same fabric as the “skin” which is spandex and a proprietary material. The skins are washable and can be purchased in 3 additional colors to green.

Every devices has storage and all videos recorded to the camera roll (or live-streamed) – if the device has enough storage then the Be Anywhere camera app will save recordings to the camera roll on iOS and Android.

Our AI is proprietary but we can tell you it gets better and better and at this point is it awesome

No. Our panel lights are bi-color, white and tungsten. Same as our tube lights on the matte. The CRI is >=96. We do not support RGB at this time.

No, it’s powered by a lithium laptop battery. We may develop a battery-operated version but would not be available until phase two in our road map.

There are manual knobs and buttons on the controller box. Lighting is automatic and wireless with control from your device. iPads and iPhones can be used together interchangeably. The Be Anywhere app records to the camera roll and you can also “go-live". We are developing software-as-a-service like the Be Anywhere Ads Creator by subscription and you can store all your videos on your camera roll. You can also connect to Google Drive or DropBox.

Yes. The Be Anywhere controller box is a router in and of itself. It can be an access point (router) and connected your home or office Wi-Fi (normal). If you are away from home or away from Wifi the controller box acts as it’s own router and you can connect your smart device to it.
